Kindly check if your names appear on the list of Dormant Accounts here.
You are encouraged to visit any PostBank Branch with a valid National ID for Ugandans and a Refugee ID or Passport for non-Ugandans to reactivate your accounts.
The Dormant Accounts list will be accessible here for a period of 30 days from Monday 2nd May 2022, and at all our branches countrywide.
